At PYRELUME Massage & Wellness, we believe true wellness begins with renewal.

Our mobile massage experience is designed to bring professional, personalized therapeutic care directly to you—creating space to release tension, restore balance, and reconnect with yourself without having to leave the comfort of your home.

To provide every client with a safe, professional, respectful, and consistent experience, please review the following policies and consent information before your appointment.

By booking an appointment and accepting this agreement, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to these terms.

YOUR MASSAGE EXPERIENCE

1. Nature of Massage Therapy

PYRELUME Massage & Wellness provides professional massage and bodywork services intended to support relaxation, stress reduction, muscular comfort, mobility, recovery, and general wellness.

Massage therapy is not a substitute for medical care.

Your massage therapist does not diagnose medical conditions, prescribe medication, perform medical procedures, or provide services outside the legal scope of massage and bodywork therapy.

If you have a medical condition, injury, unexplained pain, or other health concern, you may be advised to consult an appropriate healthcare provider before receiving massage.

YOUR HEALTH & SAFETY

2. Health Information

Your massage experience is personalized to your needs.

Before your session, you agree to provide accurate and complete information regarding health conditions or circumstances that could affect your massage.

This may include:

• Current pain or injuries

• Recent surgeries or medical procedures

• Pregnancy

• High or low blood pressure

• Cardiovascular conditions

• History of blood clots or DVT

• Diabetes

• Neuropathy or reduced sensation

• Osteoporosis

• Cancer or current cancer treatment

• Skin conditions, infections, rashes, or open wounds

• Fever or contagious illness

• Allergies or product sensitivities

• Medications that may affect bruising, sensation, pain perception, blood pressure, or massage safety

• Medical restrictions related to massage or bodywork

• Any other condition that could affect your session

You agree to inform your therapist of significant changes to your health before future appointments.

For your safety, PYRELUME may modify, postpone, or decline a massage when a condition may make massage inappropriate or unsafe.

3. Illness Policy

Please reschedule your appointment if you are experiencing symptoms of a contagious illness, including fever, vomiting, significant respiratory symptoms, or another condition that could place you or your therapist at risk.

If your therapist becomes ill or is unable to safely provide your appointment, PYRELUME will contact you to reschedule.

You will not be charged a cancellation fee when PYRELUME must cancel your appointment.

INFORMED CONSENT

4. Your Consent to Massage

By accepting this agreement, you voluntarily consent to receiving massage and bodywork services from PYRELUME Massage & Wellness.

Your comfort and autonomy remain important throughout the entire session.

You may at any time:

• Request lighter or firmer pressure

• Ask that a technique be changed

• Request that an area be avoided

• Request additional draping or coverage

• Decline massage to any part of your body

• Pause the massage

• Modify previously given consent

• End the session completely

You are encouraged to communicate openly with your therapist regarding pressure, positioning, temperature, discomfort, draping, or anything else affecting your experience.

Consent may be withdrawn at any time.

PROFESSIONAL DRAPING & BOUNDARIES

5. Draping

Professional draping practices are used during every massage session unless the scheduled service is designed to be performed fully clothed.

Only the area of the body being appropriately worked on will be uncovered.

Genital areas remain covered at all times.

Gluteal work, when therapeutically appropriate, will be performed within professional standards and only with client consent.

You may decline work to any area or request additional coverage at any time.

Your comfort takes priority.

6. Professional Boundaries

Every PYRELUME service is strictly professional and therapeutic.

Sexual services are not offered under any circumstances.

Sexually suggestive requests, intentional exposure, inappropriate touching, harassment, threatening behavior, abusive behavior, or attempts to sexualize the massage session will result in immediate termination of the appointment.

PYRELUME reserves the right to refuse future service following inappropriate or unsafe behavior.

Depending upon the circumstances, the scheduled appointment fee may remain due.

MOBILE MASSAGE

7. Wellness, Where You Are

PYRELUME currently provides a luxury mobile massage experience.

Rather than requiring you to travel to a spa, we bring the massage experience directly to an approved location, allowing you to relax and restore in a space that is familiar and convenient to you.

Approved service locations may include:

• Private residences

• Hotels

• Vacation rentals

• Offices

• Workplaces

• Other approved private locations

The exact service address must be provided when scheduling.

8. Preparing Your Space

You do not need to provide a massage table, linens, standard massage products, or normal massage equipment.

PYRELUME will arrive with the professional equipment necessary for your scheduled service.

Before your therapist arrives, please provide:

• A clean indoor area

• Enough space to safely set up and move around a massage table

• Reasonable access to the service area

• A comfortable and safe environment

• Any necessary building, gate, or parking instructions

Preparing the room beforehand allows more of your reserved appointment time to be dedicated to your experience.

9. Pets

We love pets, but they can create distractions or safety concerns around massage equipment.

Please secure pets away from the treatment area before your therapist arrives unless other arrangements have been approved.

If a pet creates a safety issue or repeatedly interferes with the massage, the therapist may pause the session until the animal is secured.

Time lost because the treatment space was not ready may reduce the amount of hands-on massage time available.

MOBILE SERVICE AREA

10. Travel Included Within Our Local Service Area

PYRELUME's mobile service pricing includes travel within our primary service area.

Standard Service Area

0–20 miles — Travel Included

No additional travel charge applies.

Extended Service Area

21–30 miles — $20 Travel Fee

31–40 miles — $35 Travel Fee

Beyond 40 Miles

Appointments more than 40 miles from PYRELUME's designated service-area origin require advance approval and may receive a custom travel quote.

Travel distance is determined using the service address submitted during booking and a commonly used mapping/navigation service.

Our designated service-area origin is used only to calculate travel distance and does not necessarily represent a location where clients receive massage services.

11. Service Address & Travel Fees

Please provide the complete and accurate address where your massage will take place.

If the address entered during booking falls into a different travel zone than the one selected, PYRELUME may adjust the applicable travel charge.

Changing your service location after booking may affect:

• Your travel fee

• Appointment availability

• Arrival time

• Whether the appointment can be accommodated

Please contact PYRELUME before making a significant change to your service address.

ARRIVAL & APPOINTMENT TIME

12. Therapist Arrival

Mobile massage involves travel between locations.

Although every effort is made to arrive as scheduled, traffic, weather, accidents, parking, security access, and other circumstances may occasionally affect arrival times.

If a significant delay occurs, we will make reasonable efforts to communicate with you.

When PYRELUME is responsible for a late arrival, we will make reasonable efforts to preserve your full massage duration.

13. Client Readiness

Please be available and prepared for your appointment at the scheduled time.

Your therapist needs time to:

Arrive → unload → set up → conduct your session → break down → travel to the next client.

If the session begins late because the client or treatment area was not ready, the massage may need to end at its originally scheduled completion time to avoid affecting another client's appointment.

The original service price will still apply.

CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING

14. 24-Hour Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans change.

Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time without a cancellation fee.

Cancellation More Than 24 Hours Before Appointment

No cancellation fee.

Cancellation Less Than 24 Hours Before Appointment

A fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service price may apply.

No-Show

A client who is unavailable for the appointment without appropriate six hour notice may be charged up to 100% of the scheduled service price.

A no-show may include situations where:

• The client is not at the service location

• PYRELUME cannot gain access to the location

• An incorrect address was provided and the appointment cannot be completed

• The client does not respond after the therapist arrives

• The client cancels upon or after therapist arrival

Travel charges already incurred may also be nonrefundable.

Genuine emergencies may be reviewed individually.

WEATHER & TRAVEL SAFETY

15. Unsafe Conditions

Because our therapists travel directly to clients, safety comes first.

PYRELUME may reschedule an appointment because of:

• Severe weather

• Dangerous road conditions

• Flooding

• Vehicle emergencies

• Natural disasters

• Unsafe neighborhood or property conditions

• Other circumstances that make travel unsafe

When PYRELUME initiates the cancellation or rescheduling because of unsafe travel conditions, you will not be charged a cancellation penalty.

PAYMENTS

16. Service Pricing

Current massage prices, package prices, membership rates, promotions, and applicable fees are displayed on our website or booking page.

The price displayed for your selected service at the time of booking will generally apply to that appointment unless:

• You change your service

• You select an add-on

• An applicable travel fee must be added

• An incorrect service area was selected

• Another previously disclosed fee applies

17. Deposits & Prepayment

Certain appointments, services, promotions, or packages may require a deposit or full payment when booking.

Any deposit collected for an appointment will be applied toward that appointment's total balance unless otherwise stated.

The remaining balance is due according to the payment terms displayed during booking.

18. Payment Methods

PYRELUME may accept approved electronic payment methods through our secure scheduling and payment provider.

Payment information is processed through the applicable third-party payment processor and is subject to that provider's payment-security practices and terms.

19. Card on File

When you voluntarily authorize a payment method to be stored through our booking/payment system, the authorized payment method may be used for applicable charges consistent with the policies presented to you.

These may include:

• Appointment balances

• Approved purchases

• Late cancellation fees

• No-show fees

• Other charges you have authorized

20. Gratuities

Gratuities are always appreciated but never required.

Your service quality, treatment time, or future appointment availability will never depend on whether you leave a gratuity.

MEMBERSHIPS

21. PYRELUME Memberships

Memberships are designed for clients who want to make consistent massage and wellness part of their routine.

Membership benefits and pricing will be displayed at the time of purchase.

Depending upon the selected membership, benefits may include:

• Monthly massage credits

• Preferred member pricing

• Additional-service discounts

• Member-only benefits

• Priority or preferred booking opportunities

• Other benefits described with the membership

Your membership purchase constitutes acceptance of any additional membership terms presented at checkout.

22. Monthly Membership Billing

Recurring memberships may automatically renew and bill according to the billing schedule disclosed at purchase.

The client is responsible for maintaining a valid payment method.

Massage credits, rollover policies, expiration rules, cancellation requirements, and other membership conditions will be clearly stated with the membership before purchase.

Canceling a membership does not automatically cancel an appointment you have already scheduled.

PACKAGES

23. Massage Packages

PYRELUME may offer prepaid massage packages for clients who prefer to purchase multiple sessions in advance.

Package details will specify:

• Number of sessions included

• Eligible massage services

• Package price

• Any expiration period

• Transferability restrictions

• Other applicable conditions

Package credits are applied toward eligible appointments until the package has been fully redeemed or expires according to the disclosed terms.

Packages have no cash value except where required by law.

GIFT CERTIFICATES

24. Give the Gift of Restoration

PYRELUME gift certificates allow recipients to experience wellness on their own schedule.

Gift certificates may be used toward eligible services according to the terms disclosed at purchase.

If the cost of an appointment exceeds the available gift certificate balance, the client is responsible for the remaining amount.

Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash except where required by law.

Promotional certificates may have different restrictions from purchased gift certificates.

OPENING & PROMOTIONAL OFFERS

25. Promotional Pricing

From time to time, PYRELUME may offer:

• Grand-opening promotions

• First-time client offers

• Referral rewards

• Founding-client benefits

• Package promotions

• Membership promotions

• Seasonal offers

Promotional offers may be subject to:

• Specific dates

• Client eligibility requirements

• Limited availability

• One use per person

• Selected services

• Geographic restrictions

• Other stated conditions

Promotions cannot be combined unless specifically stated.

Promotional pricing does not permanently change PYRELUME's regular service pricing.

CONFIDENTIALITY & CLIENT RECORDS

26. Your Privacy

Your trust matters.

Information you provide regarding your health, treatment preferences, appointment history, massage sessions, and personal information will be handled confidentially and maintained according to applicable professional and legal requirements.

Client information will not be shared without appropriate authorization except when disclosure is required or permitted by law.

PYRELUME may maintain records reasonably necessary to provide and document professional services, including:

• Intake forms

• Appointment information

• Health information voluntarily provided by the client

• Massage/session notes

• Client preferences

• Payment records

• Consent documentation

PHOTOS, TESTIMONIALS & SOCIAL MEDIA

27. Separate Permission Required

Agreeing to these terms does not give PYRELUME permission to use your photograph, video, testimonial, health information, or identity in advertising or social media.

When separate client permission is appropriate, PYRELUME will request authorization separately.

CLIENT SAFETY & THERAPIST SAFETY

28. Right to Refuse or End an Appointment

PYRELUME reserves the right to refuse, modify, postpone, or immediately end a service when reasonably necessary to protect the safety, health, comfort, or professional boundaries of the client or therapist.

Examples include:

• Intoxication or significant impairment

• Sexual or inappropriate behavior

• Harassment

• Threatening or abusive conduct

• Unsafe service conditions

• Illegal activity

• Aggressive or unsecured animals

• A health condition that makes massage inappropriate

• A contagious illness

• Deliberately withheld health information affecting massage safety

• An environment where the therapist cannot safely enter, perform the service, or leave

MINORS

29. Massage Services for Minors

Clients under 18 require appropriate parent or legal guardian consent before receiving massage services.

Additional requirements may apply regarding guardian presence, treatment areas, draping, appointment types, and documentation.

PYRELUME reserves the right to establish additional safeguards for services provided to minors.

RESULTS & AFTERCARE

30. Individual Results

Every person's body responds differently to massage.

Although massage may help support relaxation, muscular comfort, mobility, recovery, and overall wellness, no specific outcome is guaranteed.

Some clients may experience temporary tenderness, soreness, fatigue, or other normal responses following massage.

You should contact an appropriate healthcare professional regarding any unusual, severe, or concerning medical symptoms.

CHANGES TO THESE POLICIES

31. Policy Updates

As PYRELUME evolves, our services, policies, service area, membership options, pricing, and operating procedures may evolve as well.

Updates may be made when necessary to support our clients, therapists, operations, or legal requirements.

The applicable terms presented at the time of a booking or purchase will govern that transaction unless otherwise required by law.

CLIENT ACKNOWLEDGMENT & CONSENT

By booking an appointment, I acknowledge that:

• I have read and understand this Client Terms, Policies & Massage Consent Agreement.

• I voluntarily consent to receive professional massage and bodywork services.

• I understand that massage therapy does not replace medical diagnosis or treatment.

• I agree to provide accurate information relevant to the safety of my massage.

• I understand professional draping procedures will be followed.

• I understand that all PYRELUME services are strictly professional and nonsexual.

• I understand that I may refuse, modify, pause, or end treatment at any time.

• I understand the mobile service and travel policies.

• I understand the 24-hour cancellation and no-show policies.

• I understand applicable travel fees may be added based on my service location.

• I understand applicable payment, membership, package, gift certificate, and promotional terms.

• I understand that accepting this agreement does not prevent me from withdrawing consent to massage at any time.
